What material are your pillowcases made of?
Our pillowcase and couch cushions are both made of 100% cotton.
Is there a minimum order quantity for personalised pillowcases?
Spreadshirt has no minimum order value. You can also order a single pillowcase from us and design it exactly the way you like it.
Are the personalised pillowcases print-on-demand in Europe?
Yes, all personalised plushies are printed (on-demand) upon receipt of your order in Europe; either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or in Krupka, Czech Republic. By the way, print-on-demand makes your personalised pillowcase really sustainable.
What are the dimensions of our personalised pillowcases?
Our pillowcase measures 40 cm x 40 cm and our couch cushions measure 44 cm x 44 cm.
Is it possible to order the pillowcases with a matching inner pillow?
Our couch cushion cover is alternatively available as a sofa cushion with filling. The filling is made of 100% polyester.
Can personalised pillowcases be exchanged or returned?
Yes, we offer fair return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your personalised pillowcase, you can return it within 30 days. Just contact our Service Team.
How hot can the pillowcases be washed?
How hot you can wash your pillowcases depends, among other things, on the type of print. Dgital, polyester and flex prints are washable up to 30°C and our screen print up to 40°C. Please note our care instructions for printed textiles.
What shipping options do you offer for printed pillowcases?
For most countries we offer three different shipping options: Standard, premium and express. It is likely that your personalised pillowcases will reach you after only 2 business days with express shipping! However, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the number of items ordered.
